About Our Evaluations  

Your student-athlete evaluation will help us determine your academic and athletic qualifications as a college prospect.  You will have the chance to learn more about the recruiting process

and what steps you can take as a student and as an athlete to better prepare yourself as a potential scholarship candidate.  To request an evaluation, please fill out form below, and be sure

to list two or three preferred dates and times when you and your parent/guardians(s) are available. All appointments must be confirmed and scheduled over the phone with a parent/guardian.
