Families are becoming more sophisticated in their knowledge about college admissions and athletic recruiting, and most are now aware that without the right exposure, their child will be passed over for college roster spots and scholarship offers.

This has led to a dramatic increase in the demand for our services, and CSA PrepStar is looking to hire area scouts to assist us.  Candidates should have excellent knowledge of sports in general, in particular High School sports, and be familiar with the college recruiting process.  Primary responsibilities will be to meet with interested HS student-athletes and their families to evaluate the student-athlete's qualifications as a college prospect and to educate the family about the college recruiting process.  Qualified students will be offered a spot in our college exposure program.  Applicants should be reliable, professional, articulate, and preferably have a background in High School or College athletics, as either a player, a coach, or both. 

Area scouts are needed to help cover the following territories: 

West NJ (Morris/Sussex/Warren counties)

North NJ (Passaic/Bergen/Hudson counties)

Atlantic/Cape May counties

Rockland/Westchester (NY) counties
